Science of herbal plants. It’s including pharmacognosy, pharmacology and therapeutic uses of the
Plants. Ayurvedic drugs, especially herbs are prescribed in different pharmaceutical forms, to get
Maximum therapeutic effect.
Herbal Garden :- There are near about 290 species cultivated in the Garden.
Museum: – Herbal drug Museum is fulfilled with dry specimens ,wet
Specimens, models & Informative Charts.
Laboratory: – Department has Well equipped laboratory with advanced equipments &
Instruments for pharmacognostical practicals.
